LEEAI LLC, using the Avanti Logic brand ("Avanti Logic," "we," "us," or "our") operates avantilogic.com and provides business systems for follow-up, workflow, customer communication, and operational support. This policy covers information you provide directly to Avanti Logic through this website, Riley demonstrations, consultations, and customer support. It explains how we handle that information and your choices.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through our forms, requests, or consultations.
- Riley demonstrations: your messages, the text of spoken exchanges, Riley’s responses, and related guest or session identifiers, timestamps, channel, session duration, and usage or diagnostic information. Voice interaction processes microphone audio when you choose that experience and allow microphone access. Please use fictional customer details and omit sensitive information.
- Technical information: our website hosting and form providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website and forms.
- Communication and consent records: your requests, our responses, form submissions, SMS consent choices, and opt-out records.
Riley interaction records
Riley is an AI assistant. Our customer-communication system can retain chat messages and written records of browser-voice exchanges, including your words and Riley’s replies. Related operational logs can also remain after the demonstration ends. Authorized personnel can review those records to respond to requests, support the demonstration, investigate problems, and improve its operation.
Browser voice uses live audio processing. The absence of an audio playback recording does not mean that no written conversation record or session information is stored. Do not treat a demonstration as an anonymous, confidential, or immediately disappearing conversation. Ending the demonstration or closing the browser does not by itself delete its records.
How we use your information

Cookies and tracking technologies

Retention and requests
We retain information, including demonstration conversation records and operational logs, as needed to respond to requests, provide and support services, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Client-managed information
If you communicate with a separate business that uses Avanti Logic services, that business's privacy notice and consent process govern its communications with you. This policy describes information provided directly to Avanti Logic; it does not grant consent to communications from a separate business.
